  • Transaction data: Subscription plan, purchase date, and order reference (payment card data is held by Shopify, not by us).
  • Service credentials: The IPTV login details we generate and issue to you.
  • Technical data: Server log data (IP address, access timestamps) — collected automatically.

We retain personal data for as long as your subscription is active and for a period of up to 12 months afterwards to handle any queries, disputes, or legal obligations. Server logs are retained for a shorter period for security purposes.

Some of our service providers (including Shopify and Vercel) may process personal data in countries outside the UK or EEA. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the use of Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms approved by the UK Information Commissioner.
