IPTV Setup Guide

After purchase, we send you everything you need — just tell us your device. The steps below are different depending on whether your device supports HotPlayer.

Smart TV, Roku, Apple
We set it up for you

Samsung, LG, Roku, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Mac — uses HotPlayer, we activate remotely.

Firestick, Android
Self-setup with your login

Fire TV Stick, Android phones & boxes — install an app, enter the credentials we send you.

Group 1 — HotPlayer Devices

How it works — we handle activation for you

Install HotPlayer from your device's app store — available on Samsung Smart Hub, LG Content Store, Roku Channel Store, and the Apple App Store.

Open the app. On the first screen HotPlayer shows a MAC address — a short code like AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF. Write it down or take a photo of the screen.

Send us that MAC address via WhatsApp or email. That's all you need to do.

We activate your device and load your full channel list directly — no further action needed from you.

Reopen HotPlayer on your device. Your channels and on-demand library are ready to watch.

Samsung / LG / Vizio Smart TV

Find HotPlayer in the Samsung Smart Hub or LG Content Store. If it's not listed, plug in a Fire TV Stick via HDMI and use the Group 2 steps instead.

Roku

Search the Roku Channel Store for HotPlayer and install it. Open the app, note the MAC address, and send it to us.

Apple TV

Download HotPlayer from the Apple TV App Store. The MAC address appears on the first screen — send it to us and we'll activate it.

iPhone / iPad / Mac

Install HotPlayer from the App Store. Open it, note the MAC address shown on screen, and send it to us via WhatsApp or email.

Group 2 — Firestick & Android

HotPlayer is not available on these devices — use a free alternative app with the login details we send you.

Install a compatible IPTV app. We recommend IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate — both are free and available from the Amazon Appstore or Google Play Store.

Open the app and choose “Login with Xtream Codes” or “Add playlist via credentials” (wording varies by app).

Enter the three details we send you after purchase:
  • Server URL — the address of our streaming server
  • Username — your account username
  • Password — your account password (case-sensitive)

Tap Add / Connect. Your channels and on-demand library load automatically — no further setup needed.
Fire TV tip: Before installing IPTV Smarters Pro, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources. This lets the app install correctly.

Troubleshooting

Check your internet speed

You need at least 10–15 Mbps for stable HD and 25 Mbps+ for 4K UHD. Run a speed test at fast.com.

Update your IPTV app

Outdated app versions can cause buffering or connection failures. Check the app store for updates.

Restart your router

Power cycle your router and modem, then reconnect and try again.

Clear the app cache

On Android / Fire TV: Settings → Apps → [your IPTV app] → Storage → Clear Cache.

Credentials not working?

Login details are case-sensitive. Copy and paste directly from the message we sent rather than typing manually.
