If you are not satisfied with UniStream for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund your subscription fee in full. No long explanations required.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- The subscription must have been purchased directly through our Shopify checkout.
- Your account must not have been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions (e.g. credential sharing or resale).
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods and include your Shopify order number:

Please state that you are requesting a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee and provide your order number. We may ask for brief details to help us improve.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Shopify. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm your refund by email or WhatsApp once it has been issued.
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions
- Subscriptions purchased for the purpose of credential sharing or resale
- Issues caused solely by the customer's own hardware, software, or internet connection
- Dissatisfaction with content availability for reasons unrelated to service quality (content libraries are provided by third parties and may change)
5. Free Trial
The 24-hour free trial is provided at no charge and does not involve any payment. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to paid subscriptions only.
