Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 June 2026. Governing law: England & Wales.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the UniStream IPTV subscription service (“Service”) operated by UniStream, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Contact: support@unistream.uk. A postal address is available on request.
2. Service Description
UniStream provides access to an IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, on-demand movies, and on-demand television series (“Content”) over the internet. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
We provide technical access to streams and are not a broadcaster, content producer, or copyright holder of any Content accessible via the Service. Content is sourced from third-party providers and may change without notice.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are available on 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans as listed on our website. All payments are processed by Shopify, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. When your subscription period ends, you must purchase a new subscription to continue using the Service. Prices are as published on our website at the time of purchase and are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) inclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. Device Policy
Each subscription plan permits use on one (1) device at a time. Using your subscription credentials on multiple simultaneous devices is not permitted and may result in service interruption or termination without refund. If you require multi-device access, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with third parties
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
- Use the Service for public performance or commercial broadcast
- Attempt to circumvent any technical measures or access controls
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any software associated with the Service
6. User Responsibility for Legal Compliance
IPTV technology is legal. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any Content you access through it, complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright law and content licensing requirements. If you are in any doubt about the legality of accessing particular content in your country, you should seek independent legal advice before using the Service.
7. Service Availability & Quality
We aim to maintain a stable, high-quality service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Service quality depends on your internet connection, the device and app you use, and factors outside our control. We do not warrant that any specific channel or piece of content will be available at any given time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party Content accessible via the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription period during which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without refund if you breach these Terms, including (without limitation) sharing credentials, reselling access, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. You may discontinue use at any time; subscription fees already paid are subject to the Refund Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
