- Contact details: Your name and contact information (WhatsApp number or email address) provided when you start a trial or contact support.
- Order information: Details of subscriptions purchased, including plan and order date. Payment card data is processed entirely by Shopify and is not stored by UniStream.
- Service credentials: We create and store the Xtream Codes / M3U login credentials we issue to you.
- Communications: Messages exchanged with us via WhatsApp or email for support purposes.
- Technical data: Standard server logs (IP address, access times) generated by your use of our website. These are collected automatically and retained briefly for security and operational purposes.
We do not use tracking cookies beyond those technically necessary to operate the site.

- To provide, activate, and maintain your IPTV subscription

- Hosting providers: Our website is hosted on Vercel. Standard web hosting logs may be retained by the provider.
- WhatsApp (Meta): Support conversations conducted via WhatsApp are subject to Meta's privacy policy.
- Legal disclosure: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of queries or disputes, or as required by applicable law. Contact us to request deletion of your data at any time.
